We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Chennai. As a Recruiter you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organizations staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate skills qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job openings to extending offers of employment.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in recruiting with a focus on fullcycle recruitment.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various channels.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
