Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
Ioesco Restaurant based in the stunning Sanctuary Cove Marine Village are currently recruiting looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager. Ioesco is a renowned Gold Coast institution with a sophisticated take on modern Italian dining and a great loyal clientele.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager across the daytoday operations of the restaurant and ensure profitable delivery across all food and beverage activities.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with the daytoday operations of the venue and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and help to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Develop the team through continual coaching feedback and on the job training and drive a great team environment & culture.
- Continually seek improvement in the delivery of products/services that maximises customer experience and profitability.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Significant leadership experience in comparable venues.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern hospitality operations.
- Experience managing relationships and motivating your teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Experience in a fastpaced environment and willingness to work flexible hours.
