Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Executive for our office in Delhi. This is a fulltime position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment. The role is at a Junior level requiring essential skills in candidate screening negotiation and talent acquisition among others.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in candidate screening (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent negotiation abilities (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in talent acquisition techniques (Mandatory skill)
- Familiarity with various sourcing methods including social media job boards and resume databases
- Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates effectively
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven networking skills to build a pipeline of potential candidates
- Solid understanding of human resources principles and practices
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes for clients including initial candidate contact phone screening interview scheduling and offer release
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals social media and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to ensure the right fit for the job roles and organizational culture
- Maintain updated records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the human resources team to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve processes
Required Experience:
Junior IC
