We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity once we separate from Unilever which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:
Unilever North America Ice Cream is looking for a dynamic and multidimensional experienced leader to lead its Canada business. Leading a 300 million CAD business across the country the role is part of the North America BU Ice Cream Leadership Team and Team Canada Leadership Team. This role is based in Canada and will work closely with Unilevers Canadian Leadership and North America Ice Cream Leadership team reporting directly to General Manager Ice Cream North America.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role serves as the primary leader for Ice Cream business in Canada and is responsible for running it as an endtoend business closely collaborating with the critical crossfunctional stakeholders in Customer Development Supply Chain R&D Finance etc.
Leads a crossfunctional team to competitive / profitable growth for the Canadian Ice Cream business in partnership with the NA and Canadian functional leads
Build strong relationships and winning plans with the key customers for Ice Cream in Canada
Upholds Unilever corporate values and enhances a thriving culture in collaboration with Team Canada and North America Ice Cream.
Fully owns inyear P&L performance and wherever relevant represent as primary lead for Ice Cream Canada to manage goal and performance alignment.
Develops / execute plans to meet Top and bottom line growth targets as approved by Unilever Ice Cream NA and as a part of Unilevers strategic plan.
Responsible for managing and collaborating for strategic and financial plans including capital expenditures and headcount.
Work and collaborate via agile ways of working to enhance the performance agenda and operational efficiency

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for the role should have clearly demonstrated the following desired experience:
Proven ability and record preferably as a General Manager/Senior Leader to deliver strong consistent performance and business results for long term as well as inyear. Category experience is preferred to continue the advancement of the ongoing agenda.
Demonstrates ability to identify manage and mitigate risks on regular basis across value chain.
Able to lead and build followership by role modeling integrity goal alignment and compelling vision of future. Is passionate and has a proven record of developing talents and coaching people to find successful career journeys and leadership behaviors.
Able to lead an agile and autonomous crossfunctional leadership team; coaching and deploying situational leadership for e.g. challenge the status quo influence refocus priorities.
Acutely aware of current and future social economic and political dynamics in Canada and for the category; and how these issues effect UL Ice Cream business and the communities where the company operates.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external audiences.
Build consensus accelerates decision making and efficiency where necessary to make difficult decisions.
Demonstrated ability to influence organizational transformation across value chain and wherever necessary externally as well.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $221100 to $442200. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications qualifications and education and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
LongTerm Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
