Job Description

Assist all coteachers in our two (soon to be three) classrooms at our faithbased nursery and preschool. Childrens ages are 3 months to 5 years old. You would be floating and overall assisting in classrooms as needed. Provide loving attentive care to infants and toddlers supporting their physical emotional and developmental needsAssist in daily routines including feeding diapering/toileting napping and transitionsPlan and implement ageappropriate playbased activities and lesson plans as needed that promote social cognitive and motor skillsCreate a safe clean and welcoming classroom environmentCollaborate with coteachers to ensure each childs needs are metMaintain positive communication with parents about their childs day milestones and developmentEnsure compliance with Vermont state regulations for licensed childcare programs
