We are actively preparing to staff iOS and Android Developer positions for an upcoming project with a leading financial services client based in McLean VA. This is a unique opportunity for former Capital One developers to re-engage in innovative mobile application projects at a premier onsite location.

We are exclusively seeking candidates with prior experience working at Capital One. Ideal applicants will be seasoned mobile application developers with hands-on experience in building maintaining and scaling iOS & Android applications in high-security enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications on iOS or Android platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers designers and backend engineers.
- Implement new features and optimize performance for existing apps.
- Ensure security reliability and scalability of the mobile solutions.
- Write clean well-documented and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be Ex-Capital One prior employment at Capital One is mandatory.
- 8 years of hands-on mobile development experience iOS and Android
- Proficiency in Swift and/or Kotlin/Java.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Strong understanding of mobile design principles and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in high-compliance secure environments (e.g. financial or healthcare sectors).
- Familiarity with mobile accessibility standards.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP etc.) in relation to mobile app deployment.
