THE ROLE
As the Transformation Lead you will be a key driver in defining analysing and reengineering our core business processes. Your work will help standardize operations and integrate AIdriven automation ensuring that our delivery mechanisms are both innovative and efficient. Working closely with the SVP Transformation and our process documentation librarian you will create comprehensive documentationincluding process diagrams playbooks and multimedia training contentto support the agencys transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Design
- Conduct thorough assessments of current workflows and business processes across the agencys operations.
- Identify pain points redundancies and opportunities for AI integration and process automation.
- Define transformation strategies that standardize and optimize operations ensuring scalable and measurable improvements.
Business Process Reengineering
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to map asis and tobe processes.
- Develop detailed process documentation including visual process diagrams playbooks and multimedia training materials to facilitate consistent rollouts of new workflows.
- Recommend and strategize the integration of AI capabilities ensuring that proposed changes effectively enhance the marketing operations while aligning with overall business objectives.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Work closely with the SVP Transformation and the designated librarian to create and maintain a comprehensive repository of documentation that is simple to understand and maintain
- Ensure that all process documentation is clear accessible and up to date serving as a crucial resource for training and operational guidance.
- Develop and deliver multimedia training content to support the agencys transition and onboarding of new automated processes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Liaise with various operational teams within the agency to gather necessary insights and validate process requirements.
- Present analytical findings and transformation roadmaps to senior leadership ensuring clear communication of benefits timelines and key milestones.
- Act as a bridge between technical and nontechnical teams facilitating a smooth understanding of AI integration and automation potentials.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and commercial capabilities in AI and BPM (Business Process Management) systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities to integrate new technological solutions and best practices within the marketing domain.
- Monitor postimplementation performance of reengineered processes to drive iterative improvements.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a Transformation Manager or Transformation Lead within a marketing agency or similar agency environment with a solid understanding of marketing operations and processes.
- Demonstrable knowledge of current commercial AI capabilities and their practical applications in process automation.
- Core experience in process analysis business process reengineering and the creation of clear structured process documentation (including process diagrams and multimedia training content).
- Familiarity with BPM systems is a bonus.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and project management skills with an ability to matrix manage across the business at all levels
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for business users.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and transformational environment adapting quickly to evolving priorities and technologies.
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing Information Systems or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
