Job Description
Monitor Batch processing
manpower handling
Experience in SSR GLR reactors Utility operations etc.
Day to day production process
Ensure safety activity during production process
- Shift Operations Management: Supervise and manage the daily operations of the production process during the assigned shift to ensure all production targets are met within quality standards.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Monitor the production line address issues or breakdowns and take corrective actions to minimize downtime. Ensure smooth workflow by quickly resolving technical or operational problems.
Quality Control: Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and take corrective action if required to meet quality parameters. Oversee the inspection and testing of finished products
Qualification / Experience:
- BSc. and/or Diploma in Chemical Engineering experience in dyes pigment chemical industry etc.
