Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is recruiting for a Water Treatment Plant Operator Senior in the Water Line of Business.This position will work at an advanced level and has lead responsibilities for the operation and maintenance at the treatment plant.

Experience:Two (2) yearsof experienceworkingin a Class 3 or higher water treatment plant.
License Certification and Other Requirements:Washington State Department of Health Level3Water Treatment Plant Operator certificationor higherdesignationor equivalentfrom another state within the United States as confirmed by the Association of Boards of Certification. If equivalent designation from another state mustattainWashington State Department of Health Level3Water Treatment Plant Operator certification within six (6) months of hire.

Workplace Environment:Employees will be required to come into the office five days a week. Individual schedules will be agreed upon by the employee and their supervisor.
The full salary range for this position is $51.29 - $59.81 per hour.
