The 607bed teaching hospital anchors a health care network that includes six community medical centers and employs more than 8700 health care professionals. The network includes a cardiovascular program recognized by the American College of Cardiology as South Carolinas first HeartCARE CenterTMand an accredited Cancer Center of Excellence affiliated with MUSC Hollings Cancer Center for research and education. To provide service excellence to all members guests and clients of Health Directions Lexington Medical Center at the member services desk. To work closely with the Member Services Coordinator to ensure smooth operation of check in procedures call backs for appointments answer queries in person and on the phone and to assist with all member concerns.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years of experience in the service industry

Required Training: Experience with Microsoft Office Products
