Senior Manager & Trainer CRM (m/f/d)

The CRM Academy is dedicated to equipping our internal employees with the knowledge and confidence to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals about our cardiac devices including pacemakers ICDs CRT devices and implantable loop recorders. We also provide training for healthcare professionals to ensure they are wellversed in our products deliver excellent service and stay updated on new product launches while tracking employee certification and rollout progress.
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager & Trainer CRM to join our team and play a key role in the conception and global rollout of our CRM Training Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualization and of training programs for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) related to our CRM initiatives.
- Build and maintain an international medical education faculty for specialized training programs.
- Oversee the global certification process for training (software procedures content) and manage our BIOCERT platform.
- Drive project management for product launch trainings including the rollout to various regions and conduct TraintheTrainer expert sessions.
- Develop and implement new elearning training concepts focused on professional CRM aspects.
Your Profile
- 5 years of experience in CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) experience in delivering training on CRM technologies is a plus.
- A completed university degree preferably in Biomedical Engineering or a similar field.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with experience in conducting training for diverse audiences.
- Indepth understanding of cardiac devices and the healthcare industry with the ability to stay updated on new product developments and regulatory requirements.
- Extensive experience in marketing sales clinical support or training.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
