Qualifications and Skills

  • Work from Office(Vanasthalipuram Hyderabad)
  • Excellent team leadership skills to effectively motivate and guide service teams towards achieving set goals.
  • Strong conflict resolution abilities to address customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Proficient in multichannel communication to cater to diverse customer interaction platforms effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service best practices for superior client experience.
  • Experience in client management to build and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Must have outstanding presentation skills for demonstrating services and communicating with clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform service enhancements and strategic decisions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead train and mentor the customer service team in daily operational activities.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service procedures policies and standards.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and service issues in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer service team offering feedback and improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and issue resolution.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance and area outcomes to management.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to company protocols and maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
