Job Description

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Listen actively to customer concerns and complaints to identify and understand the root
causes of issues.
Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution.
Generate new leads through customer interactions and support marketing efforts.
Maintain customer records and document interactions using company systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.


Requirements

Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
Female candidates preferred.
1 to 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problemsolving skills and a positive attitude.
