Position Summary
Guilford College invites applicants to apply for the Visiting Assistant Professor or Instructor of Business.
This position requires an MBA (Instructor) while a PhD in a business field (Assistant Professor) is preferred. The business emphasis of the position is open; however preference will be given to those with entrepreneurial experience.
This position will teach undergraduate courses and if academically qualified an MBA course. The standard teaching load is three classes 12 credits) per semester.
In addition to teaching this position will be expected to assist in the governance of the department and college advise students and demonstrate professional development.
