Vestwell 2025 Internship Program

At Vestwell our internship program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge resources and handson training necessary to understand the value of our product and gain meaningful realworld experience.

As an intern you will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain exposure to all of Vestwells product service lines that power our retirement savings platform
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with stakeholders from various teams across the organization
  • Showcase your work through a comprehensive portfolio of your final project
  • Receive ongoing mentorship and guidance through regular checkins with your assigned manager and mentor

Program Details:

  • The majority of Vestwells interns will be based in our NYC office with additional opportunities in our King of Prussia and Austin offices. Interns located within commuting distance of these offices will be expected to follow our hybrid policy working in the office 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday).
  • This is a 10week intensive program running from June 2 to August 8 2025.

About the team

The LEO team at Vestwell is responsible for building out enhancing and supporting payroll integrations with hundreds of payroll providers to support the transmission of employee and employer contributions data (from payroll providers to Vestwell) and employee deferral rates (from Vestwell to payroll providers). We also focus on building out operational workflows and tooling to support our internal ops and service teams regarding payroll integrations. These integrations help improve the client experience and is a valuable selling tool to our partners and enterprise customers.

Requirements:

The Necessities:

  • A final year student or recent graduate (including boot camps and or other related programs)
  • Based in the U.S. (EST preferred)
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • SQL/Databases experience
