Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team and help expand our B2B customer base across multiple sectors such as SaaS finance technology lifestyle and more.

The ideal candidate should essentially have 1 years of experience in B2B sales/client servicing/account management particularly inSaaS Technology Marketing/Ad Agencies/consulting environment.

Youll drive lead generation engage prospects and manage client relationships. From onboarding to upselling youll own the sales process in this clientfacing role. If you thrive in outbound sales and love connecting with clients this role is for you!

Job Details:

This role is inoffice for candidates based in Pune.
If youre based in Bangalore you have the flexibility to work remotely.
Choose any 8 hours per day within a 10 am8 pm window 40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:


Identify and approach new potential customers through various channels including email LinkedIn and industry events.
Conduct cold calls and outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct consultative sales meetings with potential clients understanding their needs and aligning them with Wittypens solutions.
Qualify leads understand client pain points and pitch relevant solutions.
Support account management efforts by maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Guide new customers through the onboarding process ensuring they have a smooth and successful start with our services.
Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients offering consistent support and ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and client satisfaction.
Report on client activities and use CRM tools for effective tracking and communication.


Requirements

  • 1 years of experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
  • Understanding of account and client management.
  • Experience in selling SaaS or marketing agency services is required.
  • Super confident communicator with excellent persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software project management tools and sales reporting.
  • Understanding of B2B sales approaches including inbound and inside sales.
  • Experience in managing and expanding client relationships.
  • Knowledge of content marketing is a plus.
