As aLead Engineer Generative AI & ML you will play a critical role in designing developing and deploying AI/ML solutions with a focus on generative AI technologies. You will lead technical initiatives mentor junior engineers and work closely with crossfunctional teams to solve complex data and automation challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalableGenerative AIandMLsolutions to enhance our data analytics and automation platform.
- Lead endtoend lifecycle of machine learning models from data collection preprocessing and feature engineering to model development deployment and monitoring.
- Work with largescale structured and unstructured datasets ensuring high data quality and effective feature engineering.
- Implement and optimizeGenerative AIandMLmodels using Python and frameworks such asTensorFlowLangChainLangSmith andLangGraph.
- Leverageretrievalaugmented generation (RAG)techniques for enhanced AI performance.
- Deploy models usingMLOpsbest practices including containerization (Docker) orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with data engineers product managers and business stakeholders to align AI/ML initiatives with business goals.
- Stay updated on advancements inGenerative AILLMs andMLtechnologies proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while contributing to AI/ML development best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience indata sciencemachine learning andartificial intelligence with strong proficiency inPython.
- Deep expertise inGenerative AIlarge language models (LLMs)deep learningNLP andtraditional ML techniques.
- Handson experience withML frameworksincludingTensorFlowLangChainLangGraphRAGPyTorchScikitlearn andKeras.
- Proficiency withcloud platformssuch as AWS Azure or GCP for model training deployment and monitoring.
- Strong understanding ofdata preprocessingfeature engineering andmodel evaluationtechniques.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL NoSQL) andbig data technologieslike Spark and Hadoop is a plus.
- Experience withMLOps containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and buildingCI/CD pipelinesfor AI/ML workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with experience working inagile developmentenvironments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
