We are seeking a dynamic teamoriented and caring individual to join our spirited team.
Responsible for providing project coordination including functions of facilitation case management and business services
Provide ongoing support throughout the duration of the pre and postrelease phase of the program
Partner with the Behavioral Health Advocate to ensure all supportive services needs are met and the appropriate referrals are made to our committed partners
Work collaboratively with the PA CareerLink of Chester County on coenrolling individuals in WIOA and assess the need for training and education
Collaborate with the Business Services Representative for job placements
Work in accordance to the E3 classroom schedule which may include night hours
Build a professional oneonone working relationship with participants to aid in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment. This includes assessment individualized attention and coordination
Provide classroom instruction including job readiness and the manufacturing career acceleration program to all participants
Provide participants using case management strategies to support with elimination of barriers career pathways and follow up post exit
Connect job seekers to our Title I team for training opportunities and supportive services
Provide participants with job placement through connection and support of our Business Service Team member
Update curriculum by making changes and/or adjustments to the EDSI standardized curriculum
Recruit participants for the E3 Program through community presentations and outreach/marketing strategies
Complete required EDSI trainings such as trauma informed care case management summits etc
Meet with EDSI leader once biweekly to discuss performance goals and expectations
Manage program data including dashboards and databases for CCIU and EDSI
Provide Career Coaching including Career Pathways to enrolled participants
Work with administration and staff at the Chester County Prison
Attend staff training at Chester County Prison as needed
Work directly with the case managers at the Chester County Prison to support the participant
Report to Chester County Prison to support customers on site
Work directly with the CCIU and leadership to address any program changes and needs
Accurately complete required documentation for enrollment
Assist in the preparation of weekly project reports (participation placement etc.
Work with government officials and partner agencies to ensure appropriate documentation is completed and received
Provide referrals to appropriate community service or social service agencies when needed
Maintain organized database of clients and keep detailed documentation of all contacts with participants
Coordinate participant retention services and accommodate participant work schedules
Document all participant contacts and activities via case notes and ensure that postplacement contacts are made as required by specific contract
Maintain and share information with appropriate staff and/or funding agencies specified by contract
Ensure participants follow through with planned activities as outlined in contract with funding agency
Help to ensure that positive outcomes and goals are met as required by contract
Support fiscal team with proper invoicing

Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts
Demonstrated telephone computer and written communication skills
Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require
College Degree or equivalent experience required
Customer service experience preferred
A working knowledge of MS Office
A valid driver license & reliable transportation required
