Job Description

The Rochester/Stockbridge Unified School District (RSUD) serves students PreK 6 in the communities of Rochester and Stockbridge. We are currently seeking a licensed elementary teacher for our Kindergarten & first grade classroom on the Stockbridge campus for theschool year. We are committed to offering a rigorous academic program that results in students being strong thinkers readers and mathematicians. We also highly value personal development and strive to assist our students in developing the traits and attributes that will make them successful lifelong learners. The ideal candidate shall possess the following:A current Vermont K 6 teaching certificationExperience working with elementary studentsWillingness to expand knowledge of best practices in literacy and mathematicsProven classroom management skillsAbility to communicate with students and guardians
