Under general supervision and procedural control this position is responsible for the accounts receivables management and collections for the College. This position is responsible for the management of the accounts receivable portfolio related to collecting recording and safeguarding collegewide revenue. This position ensures the implementation of the various Minnesota State Policies for Student Accounts Receivable. Other duties include Drop for Nonpayment processing writeoffs of uncollectible debt and add/remove of miscellaneous charges to student accounts. This position requires thorough knowledge and understanding of the MnSCU ISRS accounts receivable module collection procedures and the Nelnet Business Solutions payment plan procedures. It also requires general knowledge and interpretation of policies principles and practices related to college admissions financial aid and data privacy in accordance with Federal and State laws and college policy. This position performs related work as required.

The salary range for this position is: $21.90$29.65 per hour.
In accordance with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities (Minnesota State) Vehicle Fleet Safety Program employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota States vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
