WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is looking for a Director Field Operations to join our growing team! As the leader of the Field Operations team you will be responsible for growing top line revenue across our organization through our Franchise Partners and your team of regional Field Managers.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit with deep experience across Franchising coaching and performance management and youre excited to roll up your sleeves and work shoulder to shoulder with your team and our Franchise Partners. Youre equally comfortable around a boardroom table developing annual strategic plans as you are in the field climbing a ladder or washing a window. You love developing training programs are relentlessly goaldriven and can lead through change. Youre calm and cool under pressure and in fact you love a good challenge. Your teammates turn to you when they need support and guidance.

For this role we anticipate that you will be in the office 25 of the time on the road 50 of the time and working remotely 25 of the time. This posting is for an open position.
A day in the life:
- Collaborate with General Manager and brand leadership team to set annual goals and strategic pillars
- Drive overall top line revenue growth for the organization through our Franchise Partners
- Leverage Coaching tools and resources to engage and develop direct reports and Franchise Partners in support of their goals
- Build longterm relationships with Franchise Partners and identify business growth and profitability opportunities through performance coaching
- Proactively support team and Franchise Partners in conflict resolution
- Lead through change: Develop and execute gotomarket strategies and drive and measure franchise partner adoption of new programs tools and resources
- Align with other functional areas within the WOW 1 DAY PAINTING Brand team to deliver exceptional service to Franchise Partners
- Provide direct support and development to portfolio of franchise partners
- Conduct regular field visits to each Franchise Partner within portfolio; and shadow visit with FOMs annually
- Develop and execute training programs
- Enforce brand compliance to maintain consistency throughout the system
- Oversee launch process onboarding and training for all new franchise openings
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop local field marketing initiatives to support new customer acquisition
What you bring to the table:
- 10 years of progressive experience across Franchising or multiunit operations
- Demonstrated experience in performance management goal attainment and coaching
- Exceptional financial management business acumen and strategic planning skills
- P&L / budget accountability
- Leadership experience in small or startup business ability to flex between strategic discussions and detailed operations
- Demonstrated experience leading through conflict and or change management
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50 of the time across North America
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary is $120k140k annually (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education experience and internal parity).
