Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the Account Executive 1 and Account Executive Associate teams supporting operations required to implement the organizations sales strategies and drive revenue growth. This includes responsibility for driving and achieving the Account Executive 1 and Account Executive Associate team sales targets.
This role is responsible for defining and achieving what front line experience and success means for the tier 1 Account Executives and Account Executive Associates. Attention to customer experience is vital as is a data oriented approach to sales . The Sales Manager should provide accurate and beneficial information to senior management in order to help guide the strategic development of our Account Executive 1 and Account Executive Associate efforts improve sales training and account development strategy.This is a fulltime position with hybrid and onsite opportunities available.
