You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a passionate Team Leader with a native/bilingual level of French to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office!
The primary focus of the role will be to be responsible for planning activities and managing budgets in a Data Collection (DC) team.

What to expect:
Coordinate activities resources equipment and information.
Plan coordinate and followup fieldwork stages for PI projects.
Implement and follow procedures to monitor and control data collection flow ensuring regular reports on project evolution and that FW and data delivery timelines are met.
Monitor key project metrics to drive internal and external client satisfaction.
Effectively work and communicate with a multicultural and crossfunctional team.
critical thinking skills in order to foresee any potential difficulties and find solutions to avoid them.
Develop FW knowledge by identifying market insights in order to provide support on project definition: sample estimation scope objectives timeframes and budget.
Lead and guide the interviewer team during the project lifespan.
Analyse Panel Sample design to ensure feasibility and Followup of Design Fulfilment.
Recruit target doctors and followup on their participation. Create doctors engagement.
Promotes HCP collaboration in syndicated adhoc PMR studies based on established standards. Initiates followup calls with panellists to achieve maximum rate of return.
Transition doctors to the official Incentive Program and support implementation of adaption to Local Fiscal / Legal regulations. Investigates resolves and processes panel incentives issues within defined guidelines in order to facilitate timely receipt of compensation.
Support doctor during their E to E participation and act as the Voice of Doctor in new projects setups market analysis feasibility etc.
Work crossfunctionally with coding team to resolve data quality issues..
Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Native or bilingual level of French is required (interviews will be conducted in this language)
Very high level of English is required.
Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
Experience in team management.
Good skills with Microsoft Excel is needed.
Highly organized with experience in working accurately with tight deadlines and under pressure.
Must have strong prioritization skills and the ability to work in a multitask environment.
