In this role you will work in an international business environment coaching and supporting employees in building a strong lean culture based on our Perfect principles. Your focus will be within the Operations department ensuring continuous improvement from order to delivery.

You will work closely with our Continuous Improvement Manager and People Leaders in Manufacturing to drive meaningful change.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Coach and support employees with the implementation of our Production System
  • Coach and support the teams with their activities in Continuous Improvement
  • Work together with the Continuous Improvement Manager in executing operational improvements and lean strategies
  • Lead and coach Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions
  • Manage projects within budget and ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain work processes within lean standards and training documents
  • Train and coach the employees and support the managers on Perfect Executionmethodologies

Success in this role requires a customerfocused and businessoriented individual with a keen interest in technology. You are creative selfmotivated and possess strong analytical and technical skills with a drive for results.


For This Role You Will Need:

  • Technical Education (BSclevel) or extensive relevant technical experience
  • At least 45 years of experience in related role within operations or equivalent
  • Solidknowledge ofcontinuous improvementmethods and tools with a proven track record of implementing change in a continuous improvement environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish
