About:
We are Seeking a Quality Engineer to manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 role focuses on supplier quality CAPA processes internal audits and supporting customer quality efforts.
Responsibilities:

Conduct supplier audits manage qualifications and maintain performance scorecards.

Collaborate with supply chain and product teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues.

Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Oversee the CAPA process and monitor key quality metrics.

Perform internal audits for ISO compliance document findings and ensure follow-through.

Manage quality records for customer projects and coordinate customer audits.

Act as a liaison to resolve customer quality concerns.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or related field.

5 years of experience in supplier or quality engineering roles.
-
Strong understanding of QMS standards. (ISO 9001 AS9100 IATF 16949)

Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Preferred Skills:
-
Familiarity with lean tools. (6S Kaizen A3 8D)

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
