Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling networking events referrals and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs challenges and objectives.
- Develop and present tailored IT solutions and proposals to prospective clients showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions align with client requirements and expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities pipeline and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing IT or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales or business development experience in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products services and solutions.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
