Role: Presales/Tele Caller (Real Estate)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Presales / Tele caller. In this role you will be responsible for contacting potential customers explaining our products or services guiding them and scheduling Site Visits. Your goal will be to convert prospects into qualified leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Contact potential customers by phone to introduce our company products and services.
  2. Understand customer needs and requirements and effectively communicate how our offerings can meet those needs.
  3. Provide information about product features pricing and benefits.
  4. Maintain and update accurate records of all calls made and customer interactions.
  5. Follow up with leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  6. Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotas and goals are met.
  8. Handle customer questions and objections effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  4. Persistence and resilience in achieving targets.
  5. Familiarity with Real Estate systems and practices.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
