Job Description
Our law firm has a full-time associate attorney position available now and were looking for the right professional to join our team. You will have the opportunity to learn from senior associates and litigation associates on legal issues and you will provide legal counsel to existing clients.
Youll also be responsible for performing legal research drafting documents and keeping client files up to date. If youve successfully completed law school passed the state bar exam and are seeking a full-time opportunity to practice law with plenty of room for growth start your application today!
- Supervise pre-litigation case managers and ensure that they are successfully advancing the firms cases.
- Conduct a thorough examination of demand letters to verify the inclusion of all relevant details and ensure that the requested compensation is commensurate with the case.
- Utilize highly effective negotiating skills to recover the maximum compensation possible for each pre-litigation case.
- Ability to work with Litigation Attorneys to best serve the clients needs and grow the client base.
- Must possess at least 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience as an attorney.
- Possesses exceptional negotiation skills.
- Supervisory experience is required.
