Infosys is seeking Business Analyst with Digital Banking Experience(Corporate Community banking and Investment Banking).As a consultant you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing valueadding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Location for this position is Raleigh NC. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
Experience as Business Analyst in the Banking / Digital application.
Preferred Experiences:
At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in the Banking / Digital application.
At least 5 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions workshops interviews surveys etc.
At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis tools like HP ALM and MS Visio
At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting documenting and mapping current business process
Strong understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable APIs which shall be used across digital channels.
Understand the technical mapping elements and mapping of request and responses
Hands on experience in using REST API and able to test the various API functionality in SOUP UI.
Strong BA with ability to communicate at leadership level.
Good understanding of Online Banking and Mobile App life cycle and process.
CBAP / POPM from Scaled Agile or similar Agile framework.
Lead the scrum teams priorities in PI planning sprint planning and other agile ceremonies working in collaboration with core technical team product managers experience design & a variety of technology partners
Product Owner in the Banking / Digital application with Transaction Banking Experience
Good understanding of business process and effectively use Design principals and automation to optimize the process
Align with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the scrum team and define MVP along based on prioritization techniques.
Operate with little supervision and troubleshoot complex problems to recommend appropriate actions.
Partner with solution architects and other technical leads to ensure their solutions effectively address program priorities while balancing client experience and technical integrity.
Write user stories & groom the scrum teams backlog; in partnership with the team
Manage releasespecific business documents such as support models go/nogo approvals internal release notes and more
Provide product demos to key stakeholders
Lead production business validations in partnership with product managers
Partner with scrum teams on rollout and postproduction support
Good understanding of Digital and Core Banking application and understands the interfaces around it.
Good understanding of Corporate Investment Banking Digital application and business process
Managed Corporate Banking Transactions and entitlements
Developed specific data mapping policies and procedures for digital retail/commercial products
Connect and align Commercial Truist application migration strategy with Enterprise requirements for Merger
Coordinate with testing partners and execute functional test cases
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face.
