As a Remote Behavior Analyst you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments developing and supervising individualized treatment plans and providing remote consultation to clients families and support staff. You will leverage the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address behavioral developmental and social challenges in adults primarily in virtual or hybrid settings.
This role requires certification as a BCBA and offers the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a high standard of ethical evidence-based care. Youll collaborate with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) caregivers educators and interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adapt interventions that improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP ABLLS-R or Vineland-3
Design implement and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data
Deliver virtual parent training caregiver coaching and supervision to ensure fidelity of implementation
Provide ongoing support and oversight to RBTs or behavior technicians via video observations and regular check-ins
Collect analyze and interpret data to monitor treatment progress and make evidence-based adjustments
Document assessments treatment plans session notes and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines
Maintain regular communication with families educators and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support
Stay up to date on current research best practices and ethical guidelines established by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
Support clients with autism developmental delays ADHD behavioral challenges or social-emotional needs
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or a related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
Active licensure (if required by the state in which services are provided)
2 years of experience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral disorders
Proficiency in telehealth platforms electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital data collection tools
Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting clinical standards and deadlines
