About the role / what youll bring
As our Assets and Facilities Manager youll be responsible for overseeing NAAJAs facilities vehicles and assets across the Northern Territory. Youll work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure compliance efficiency and best value for money in asset and facility procurement and maintenance.
Manage and maintain NAAJAs facilities and vehicle fleet across multiple sites.
Develop and implement asset management policies and maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with legislative and safety standards.
Build and maintain partnerships with suppliers for costeffective services.
Conduct site visits and inspections to identify and resolve assetrelated issues.
Manage budgets related to property vehicles and equipment procurement.

What we are looking for Key criteria
3 years of experience in asset facility or operations management.
Strong legislative knowledge relevant to facilities fleet and asset management.
Techsavvy experience with asset and fleet management systems.
Experience working across multiple locations preferably in remote or regional areas.
Cultural competency and understanding of Indigenous communities.
Willingness to travel throughout the NT including remote areas.
Ability to obtain an Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance) and a clear criminal history check.
