Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains sits one of the oldest community colleges in Colorado Arapahoe Community College. The IT Physical and Digital Assets Coordinator plays a key role in managing the full lifecycle of the colleges physical and digital IT assets. This includes overseeing over 5000 physical devices ensuring accurate inventory tracking coordinating procurement and disposal processes and maintaining compliance with institutional and legal standards. The coordinator manages software licenses and subscriptions ensuring proper usage and documentation to meet compliance requirements. They are responsible for maintaining the IT asset management system conducting regular sitebased inventory audits across all college locations and supporting the development of technology replacement plans. This role also contributes to ITrelated planning for capital construction and maintenance projects and acts as a liaison for grantfunded technology purchases including Perkins funding.
