Job Description

Associate Client Advisor

San Francisco CA

Our client is a wellestablished Multi Family Office specializing in comprehensive wealth management services for highnetworth individuals and families. With a focus on delivering personalized solutions they offer a range of services fiduciary services investment management philanthropic advisory and family office support.

Weve been retained to find an Associate Client Advisor to support Senior Client Advisors with client management in personal trust and investment management. This position is critical in meeting the needs of clients trust beneficiaries cofiduciaries and internal teams. The role offers exposure to a broad range of responsibilities and requires a high level of service delivery.

The Associate Client Advisor will be a key member of the advisory team and will help deliver hightouch service in the Western region and nationally with a focus on their local market.

Associate Client Advisor Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Advisors to carry out the daytoday delivery of wealth advisory services for Ultra High Net Worth Clients.
  • Manage account transactions such as wire transfers ACH disbursements bill payments fund redemptions and purchases and opening/closing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to monitor cash balances transfer proceeds and facilitate client requests for purchases sales or gifting.
  • Coordinate asset transfers for new or terminating accounts.
  • Prepare correspondence reports spreadsheets and assist with presentations and marketing materials.
  • Calculate payments to trust beneficiaries and coordinate taxrelated information with the tax department.
  • Assist with maintaining client records and contact management systems.
  • Support the production of reports client reviews and other administrative tasks as needed.

Associate Client Advisor Requirements:

  • 2 plus years of related experience UHNW Client Support and investment experience preferably trust and estates.
  • Degree MBA preferred.
  • Designation: CFP CTFA CAIA CFA or CIMA a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal as well as superior analytical skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word with ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Direct client contact experience preferred.
