Job Description
Job Role: RPO Project Sales
Location: Dehradun
Responsibilities:
- Developing the business of a branded consumer painting service through an offroll team.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing quality service delivery and site supervision.
- Improving speed of response to customers quality of sales pitch lead conversion and product upgrades at sites.
- Increasing secondary sales in the territory by engaging with Painters & Contractors.
- Supporting marketing activities in the territory by promoting focus products among influencers.
- Encouraging influencer participation in company training initiatives at training academies.
- Coaching training and monitoring the team to enhance performance and maintain operational discipline.
Requirements
Requirements:
- PostGraduate in Management
- 2 years experience in business development and influencer sales
- Team handling experience is a must
- Experience in working with Building Materials. Experience in the Financial & Banking sector can also be considered
- Sound knowledge of workplace productivity tools and technology
