- Property Updates: Provide updates to university leadership.
- Managing Expectations: Balance university demands with property management responsibilities.
- Infrastructure Issues: Address challenges like plumbing and maintenance needs.
- Student Community: Foster a connected and positive living environment for students.
- Financial Oversight: Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
