Key Missions
Nous recherchons un Ingnieur Industrialisation spcialis en Matriaux pour rejoindre notre quipe. Votre rle sera crucial dans le dveloppement la qualification et loptimisation de nouveaux produits structures et processus en conformit avec les spcifications des clients et en respectant les objectifs qualit cot et dlai (QCD).
Missions principales :
- Dveloppement et Qualification : Dfinir dvelopper et qualifier de nouveaux produits et processus conformment aux spcifications clients et aux normes en vigueur (QCD).
- Documentation : Prparer et tenir jour toutes les documentations requises pour les projets incluant les spcifications techniques pour les processus de qualification.
- Analyse et Conseil : Raliser des analyses comparatives et fournir des recommandations pour optimiser les solutions techniques. Conseiller les clients internes et externes sur les orientations et spcifications des nouveaux produits.
- Innovation et Proprit Intellectuelle : Soutenir linnovation et contribuer lenrichissement de la proprit intellectuelle de lentreprise.
- Support Technique : Apporter un soutien aux sites de production pour les questions techniques les rclamations clients le partage des meilleures pratiques et lamlioration des processus.
- Gestion de Projets : dvelopper et industrialiser des produits avancs et innovants en autonomie afin dlargir le portfolio de produits de la socit.
- Conseil Interne : Collaborer troitement avec les quipes internes pour les guider sur les projets en cours en fournissant un support technique et stratgique.
Profile & Other Information
- Formation : Diplme dingnieur en matriaux gnie industriel ou quivalent.
- Exprience : Minimum 3 ans dexprience dans un poste similaire de prfrence dans lindustrie.
- Comptences techniques : Matrise des proprits des matriaux des techniques de fabrication et des processus dindustrialisation.
- Capacits analytiques : Solide aptitude effectuer des analyses techniques complexes et fournir des recommandations pertinentes.
- Gestion de documentation : Exprience dans la prparation et la gestion de documents techniques et de spcifications.
- Comptences en innovation : Capacit soutenir les initiatives dinnovation et contribuer la cration de proprit intellectuelle.
- Langues : Matrise du franais et de langlais. Une troisime langue est un plus.
