Your Tasks
In close cooperation with our sales managers and the internal laboratory organization you will ensure excellent customer support and solutions for our narrow web customers.
You will be responsible for the technical support product consultancy as well as product implementation for customers and market partners.
You will be involved in printing trials and tests and organize laboratory projects and activities.
You provide support for existing customers as well as support the further development of the customer base.
In your daily contact you will shape customer relationships.
Your Profile
Based on a completed education you have gained relevant professional experience in the printing industry.
You have sound technical printing knowledge especially in the areas of UV/LED flexo.
You have good communication and interpersonal skills and are characterized by an independent way of working with a problemsolving mindset.
You are confident in using standard MS Office applications.
You are fluent in spoken and written English.
You are willing to undertake frequent business trips.
