Make your mark on Jewish student life by joining Hillel of Metro Detroit as the Assistant Director. You will drive Hillel forward by thinking big and implementing with excellence on a daytoday basis. As you lead people and programs you will help students connect to Jewish life learning and Israel.
Hillel of Metro Detroit (HMD) is the Detroit communitys foremost organization for engaging local Jewish collegeage students. HMD enriches Jewish identity furthers Jewish journeys and inspires involvement in the community. Located at Wayne State University HMD serves six local schools: Wayne State University Oakland University Oakland Community College Lawrence Technological University University of Detroit Mercy and University of Michigan Dearborn.
This position will provide you with the opportunity to impact students while growing professionally.
Hillel of Metro Detroit creates dynamic opportunities to engage local college students in Jewish life and in our community. Most of the students attending HMD schools are from the Detroit area and many are commuter students. According to statistics provided by the universities that Hillel of Metro Detroit serves 75 of alumni remain in the Detroit area after graduation.
