KRG is helping a manufacturing client find a Business System Analyst and Administrator.
This role is responsible for various administrative IT processes including network user accounts file system access phone system administration mobile devices ERP system access backup and retention procurement and software licensing.
Duties and responsibilities:
Serve as Help Desk system lead reviewing and assigning requests to appropriate personnel
Monitor tickets and communicate status back to the requestor
Coordinate and provide new hire orientation and training for users
Provide general user administration for email system and VPN accounts
Assist in maintaining backup systems and related tape media storage and retention
Monitor outstanding request backlogs and keep support within service level parameters
Escalate requests that are not being completed within department resolution guidelines
Provide general administrative support for Cisco VoIP phone system
Maintain PC related hardware and software inventories and licensing information
Provide troubleshooting and support of audio and video equipment in conference rooms and offices
