Target and purpose of the job :

• Primarily responsible for coordinating inhouse projects
• Provide direct support for daytoday activities onsite.
• Project deliverables such as project support follow up on .
• This role will also generate regular reports on the projects progress.
• Support inhouse brownfield and green field projects.
• Should monitor the contractors for safety quality of work coordination with other contractors and work progress and take necessary actions.

Definition of the duties and responsibilities :

• Developing and maintaining project plans schedules and budgets
• Coordinating with crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
• Monitoring and reporting project progress to stakeholders
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinating with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and timelines.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress against schedules identifying any delays or deviations.
• Identifying potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review the Quality Management System on a daily basis and keep track of Quality at site.
• Preparing the sequence of work items. Working out Manpower Materials Cash flow & discuss procurement with Project Managers.

Basic education and requirements for the position :

• Previous greenfield projects experience in industrial or commercial projects.
• Should be able to read auto cad electrical drawings and P&IDs.
• Should have knowledge of project planning scheduling using MS project.
• Experience in 3D Software like AutoCAD Plant 2D & 3D REVIT is an added advantage.
• Pharma experience added advantage.
