We are looking for two candidates for Iasi and for Timisoara regions!

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key field representative to develop and drive sales pipeline for our solutions
- Present our payment solutions to prospective clients showcasing their benefits and value
- Conduct market research to identify potential leadsand industry trends in the allocated territory;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the signed accounts to foster loyalty and upselling opportunities
- Build and maintain referral channels(bank and other partner branches) with the aim of maximizing generation opportunities;
- Understand customer needs enhance customers experience and maximize opportunities;
- Monitor the activity and profitability of the signed deals;
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Who you are
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
- Selfdriven and proactiveto achieve sales targets;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills both in Romanian and English B1/ B2 level);
- Selfmotivated with a passion for achieving results.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Driving Cat. B (mandatory);
- Available for travel;
- Good computer skills Microsoft Office.
