The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Facilities MultiServices Manager to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization in Everett WA.
In this pivotal role you will lead a dedicated Project and Construction Management Team overseeing a group of firstline leaders and project managers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Boeings GREF Leadership team where you will play a crucial role in the planning initiation and of facility construction projects that support Boeing Commercial Airplane Programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee activities within the facilities project management domain ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Lead a highperforming team in developing and executing project and process plans implementing policies and procedures and establishing operational objectives
Ensure the successful delivery of Facilities Projects through all phases: initiation planning and closeout
Coach and mentor team members in Project Management Best Practices and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
Collaborate with leadership during project reviews to facilitate learning and ensure adherence to governance and controls including finance and scheduling
Acquire necessary resources for projects and processes providing technical management of suppliers and spearheading process improvements
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with site leaders business partners peers and employees to foster a collaborative work environment
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes; participate in source selection and offer technical guidance to suppliers
Lead develop coach and motivate employees fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10 years of experience leading projects
5 years of experience leading teams and direct reports
Experience communicating collaborating and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
5 years of experience in mentoring coaching and developing team members
Experience in leading diverse teams
Experience utilizing critical thinking and reasoning skills
Experience utilizing strategic decisionmaking and continuous learning capabilities
