Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3

Up tohours per week

Our client is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 to join their welcoming and inclusive team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a service that provides a warm engaging and wellequipped environment where children can develop explore and thrive. The nursery features highquality toys and furniture in every room along with a professionally designed garden offering an enriching space for outdoor play and learning.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering highquality early years education and care. Working as part of a collaborative team they will create a safe and stimulating setting where children feel valued supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

What Were Looking For

  • Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Passion for Early Years: A strong commitment to providing exceptional care and education for young children.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Confident in building relationships with children parents and staff.
  • Commitment to Learning: A willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Child Development: Plan and lead engaging ageappropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Safe & Nurturing Environment: Ensure the nursery is a secure inclusive and welcoming space for all children.
  • Wellbeing & Engagement: Build positive relationships with children supporting their emotional and social development.
  • Partnership with Families: Work closely with parents and carers providing updates on childrens progress.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive and dynamic team sharing ideas and best practices.
  • Health & Safety: Follow all safeguarding health & safety and nursery policies to maintain high standards of care.
