Customer Service Advisor Utilities
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm 40 Hours)
Salary: 12.60 per hour

Role Details
To manage telephone calls from our clients customer base with a view to assisting them with their enquiries. These enquiries may include account queries escalated customer complaints account payments setting up direct debits and any other general enquiries.
- Requesting payments setting up direct debits and instalments plans.
- Identify and resolve customer issues and escalate where required.
- Handle and manager customer complaints from start to resolution ensuring the customer is at the forefront of customer care provided.
- Managing both inbound and outbound debt recovery efforts.

Requirements
You will receive several weeks of full paid training on our systems products and call handling
- Experience of working in a highvolume customer contact environment
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Ability to adapt and learn
- Communication and listening skills
- Computer literacy
