Healthcare Market Division (HMD) is delivering highvalue diagnostics to Improve Health and Lab Economic Outcomes. We serve: Hospital Labs Government Labs Reference/Independent Labs Acute Care Facilities Physician Office Labs and Clinics Group Purchasing Organizations GPOs
Seeking a Finance Director who will provide finance and business partnering leadership to the HMD. This role will lead a finance and accounting team of 4 members and be the primary business partner for the President of HMD. This role will ensure strong financial controls compliance and timely and accurate financial reporting consistent with USGAAP and local reporting requirements. In addition the position holder will provide valuable decision support identify and implement operational improvement opportunities and develop a strong finance team.
What you will do:
- Supporting FP&A functions and Portfolio/Marketing support for HMD
- Take charge of developing the Annual operating plan (AOP)/ Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)/ Strategic planning (STRAP) in a matrixed financial forecast ensuring financial decisions align with company goals and the current market environment
- Communicate results to the broader organization and ensure alignment on key financial goals
- Develop and lead analytical methods for exploratory and explanatory business insights
- Lead financial modeling for key investment and STRAP objectives
- Accelerate decision making via development and utilizing of visualization tools
- Develop operational metrics / contingencies
- Recommend financial risk mgt strategies / perform market impact analysis articulate and demonstrate knowledge of key profit drivers for the business understand drivers and market forces and impact on future business prospects
- Conduct proforma analyses as it relates to new supplier additions and changes to our relationships with existing suppliers
- Provide actionable reporting on supplier/initiative performance with important metrics to measure progress
- Build and develop an impactful team

How you will get here:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or Business related field required; CPA CMA MBA strongly desired
Experience
- Advanced Qualification Preferred (CPA MBA or MS)
- Experience leading a staff of at least 3 or more
- 710 years of multifaceted meaningful work experience required
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills are required to collaborate with various partners.
- Able to deliver high quality effective presentation and understands and deploys best tools / methods to effectively communicate complex topics
- Selfmotivated higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
Travel requirements
- 10 domestic travel required
