Job Description

As Process Operator at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully implement and adhere to production protocols ensuring flawless of tasks.
  • Document processes and results strictly according to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to determine and achieve production goals.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and quality.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment with proven competence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards contributing to our worldclass reputation.
  • Perform tasks involving lifting and manual handling as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated competence in technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Outstanding problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Experience with regulatory standards such as GMP QSR and ISO 13485 is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma preferably with a technical or scientific focus or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must not be allergic to materials handled in the production process.
