As Process Operator at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Successfully implement and adhere to production protocols ensuring flawless of tasks.
- Document processes and results strictly according to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to determine and achieve production goals.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and quality.
- Operate and maintain production equipment with proven competence.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards contributing to our worldclass reputation.
- Perform tasks involving lifting and manual handling as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated competence in technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Outstanding problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Experience with regulatory standards such as GMP QSR and ISO 13485 is highly desirable.
- Minimum of a high school diploma preferably with a technical or scientific focus or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Must not be allergic to materials handled in the production process.
