We are currently looking for a Senior Health & Benefits (H&B) Consultant Analyst to join our team.This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in our Calgary office.

We will count on you to:

  • Assist the consulting team in gathering organizing entering and analyzing data using Excel spreadsheets for various client projects.
  • Review the work of lowerlevel analysts and manage portions of projects with a focus on results analysis.
  • Gather utilization or rate data from vendors via Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and summarize responses in Excel or PowerPoint for client presentations.
  • Develop cost projections and evaluate vendor renewal workups for client meetings.
  • Demonstrate project management and consulting skills by managing the quality and timeliness of client deliverables developing budget and billing reports and participating in calls and meetings.

What you need to have:

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and summarize findings effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for preparing and delivering clear and concise reports.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and experience in managing deliverables.

  • Experience in the consulting or healthcare industry particularly with vendor/carrier markets.
  • Familiarity with underwriting and financial skills related to healthcare plans.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Participation in relevant training courses or online learning to enhance skills and knowledge.
