What youll do

As an Account Director at Great State youll:

  • Drive strategic growth:Collaborate with clients to identify growth opportunities aligning their goals with Great States expertise.
  • Lead client relationships:Build trusted partnerships ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Deliver outstanding results:Work with multidisciplinary teams to manage highquality deliverables that exceed expectations.
  • Financial management:Take ownership of account budgets ensuring profitability and accurate forecasting.
  • Shape industry leadership:Use your expertise to position Great State as a trusted partner and thought leader in the digital space.

  • Client management expertise:Proven success in managing and growing client accounts ideally within digital CX or related industries.
  • Strategic acumen:Ability to understand client business challenges and craft solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication skills:Skilled in presenting negotiating and building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Financial accountability:Experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
  • Inclusivity and empathy:A team player who fosters collaboration and contributes to an inclusive supportive culture.
