What you will be doing:
- Report directly to the Regional Clinical Director.
- Manage a reduced caseload while overseeing and supervising the staff team in the center.
- Create personalized treatment plans with measurable goals using our Treatment Model.
- Provide ongoing and responsive case management that meets the clients unique needs.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities while providing effective training and learning opportunities for employees.
- Provide training and supervision for Behavior Technicians and Behavior Analyst Interns.
- Provide practical and compassionate caregiver education and training to assist families in supporting the clients needs.
- Demonstrate understanding of initial and ongoing authorization requirements.
- Demonstrate fluency in the use of Central Reach Clinical Management Software.
- Model behaviors consistent with the mission and our core values.
- Model behavior consistent with the BACB ethical code TBC policies and procedures and privacy regulations while respecting client dignity.
- Manage clinical schedule to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Effectively lead your center to ensure client and employee well-being.
- Complete any additional assigned tasks as directed.
Experience you will need:
- Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
- At least two years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
- At least one year of experience with early intervention managing client cases who are working on acquiring early learner skills including functional communication play and adaptive skills with children with autism.
- Masters Degree in ABA Special Education or another related field.
- Supervisory leadership or management experience of at least 2 years.
- Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certification.
