What you will be doing:

  • Report directly to the Regional Clinical Director.
  • Manage a reduced caseload while overseeing and supervising the staff team in the center.
  • Create personalized treatment plans with measurable goals using our Treatment Model.
  • Provide ongoing and responsive case management that meets the clients unique needs.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities while providing effective training and learning opportunities for employees.
  • Provide training and supervision for Behavior Technicians and Behavior Analyst Interns.
  • Provide practical and compassionate caregiver education and training to assist families in supporting the clients needs.
  • Demonstrate understanding of initial and ongoing authorization requirements.
  • Demonstrate fluency in the use of Central Reach Clinical Management Software.
  • Model behaviors consistent with the mission and our core values.
  • Model behavior consistent with the BACB ethical code TBC policies and procedures and privacy regulations while respecting client dignity.
  • Manage clinical schedule to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Effectively lead your center to ensure client and employee well-being.
  • Complete any additional assigned tasks as directed.

Experience you will need:

  • Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
  • At least two years of experience as a practicing BCBA.
  • At least one year of experience with early intervention managing client cases who are working on acquiring early learner skills including functional communication play and adaptive skills with children with autism.
  • Masters Degree in ABA Special Education or another related field.
  • Supervisory leadership or management experience of at least 2 years.
  • Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certification.
