Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customeroriented female candidate for the role of Customer Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and will serve as the bridge between our company and our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring a seamless postsales experience.
Provide handson guidance and support to customers on application usage and product features.
Address and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Gather customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement in service quality.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or customer support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers with empathy patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in using mobile or webbased applications and guiding users through them.
Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfirst mindset.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Marathi is preferred but not mandatory.
